Day One…Welcome Party

Just imagine a “Welcome Pool Party” the night before your wedding!  Your guests are starting to arrive for your weekend wedding and all they need to do is unpack, throw on their bathing suits and head to the hotel pool where they can enjoy beer, wine and margaritas, not to mention a yummy Taqueria Bar! 

Day Two….Wedding Day

You and your bridesmaids wake up and it’s a morning filled with champagne, breakfast or lunch, music, laughter and your Makeup Team!  

Groom and Groomsmen are up and enjoying a morning of golf or pool time including yard games with breakfast burritos and beer before it’s time to suit up! 

Photographers and vendor’s start to arrive, maybe a “First Look”or Not?  Your guests start to arrive to the ceremony with the most beautiful views of the Mountains, Palm Trees and Golf Courses if you are getting married in Palm Springs.  

If you are getting married in Mammoth Lakes, Reno, or Lake Tahoe, you will have the Sierra Mountains, Beautiful Lakes and “YES” Golf Courses.  Your “Mountain Welcome Party” can consist a savory BBQ with beer, wine and whisky. Oh, and don’t forget your hiking attire for an early morning hike!

After you say “I Do”, your cocktail hour awaits with tray passed hors d’oeuvres, champagne, wine and “Your” Signature Cocktails.  Cocktail concludes, and your guests are invited into the reception area, where they will await your “Entrance” along with your wedding party.  

Your Plated, Family Style, Social Station or Buffet Dinner awaits you and your guests, with your First Dance, Parent Dances, Welcome Toast, Speeches and Cake Cutting to follow, not to mention your DJ or Live Band waiting to get your party started!

Day Three…..Day After Brunch

You and your guests wake up to the yummiest Brunch with a Bloody Mary & Mimosa Bar in a courtyard, hillside or pool setting.  What a way to end your “Destination Wedding”!!
